AI Integration Developer

IntuitionLabs helps biotech and pharmaceutical companies put AI to work across research, regulatory, clinical, quality and business teams. Our clients are biotech and pharmaceutical companies across North America. We run company-wide AI programs month by month: training, platform setup, and working tools built with each department.

This is a remote position based in Canada, with flexible hours.

You build and maintain the integrations that connect our clients' AI tools to their systems. You work with our AI Solutions Engineer on real client projects, from the first script to production, and you learn how enterprise AI is rolled out at biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

What you will do

• Build connectors, scripts and automations between AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT and client systems such as Box, Benchling, SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Write MCP tools, document pipelines and reports, for example a weekly report of changes to critical files
• Automate user provisioning and offboarding, and check permissions and audit logs
• Write tests and documentation for everything you ship
• Use Claude Code, Codex or Cursor every day, and review what they produce

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of shipped code, at work or in projects people use
• Python or TypeScript, REST APIs and Git
• Something you have built with LLM APIs, MCP or agents
• Curiosity about how companies run their IT: identity, permissions and cloud
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare or another regulated industry is a plus
• Clear written and spoken English
• Availability during North American business hours, Eastern and Pacific
